John S F Dunlop - Chairman

John Dunlop is a consultant mining engineer with close to 40 years surface and underground mining experience both in Australia and overseas spanning more than 25 countries.

John is a former director of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (AusIMM) but continues as Chairman of its affiliate, the Mineral Industry Consultants Association (MICA). He is also chairman of Alkane Resources Ltd (appointed 4 July 2006), Chairman of Drummond Gold Ltd (appointed 1 August 2007), non-executive director of Gippsland Ltd and non-executive director of Copper Strike Ltd (appointed 9/11/09). John is also a former director of Australian Goldfields N.L. (in liquidation), Aztec Mining Co. Ltd and Encore Metals NL.

Ian J Gandel - Non Executive Director

Ian Gandel is a Melbourne businessman with extensive experience in retail management and retail property. He has had an involvement in the construction and leasing of Gandel shopping centres and has been a director of Gandel Retail Trust.

He has previously been involved in the Priceline retail chain and the CEO chain of serviced offices. Ian has been an investor in the mining industry since 1994, and is currently a substantial shareholder of a number of publicly listed Australian companies and now holds and explores tenements in his own right in Victoria and Western Australia.

Ian is also a non-executive director of Alkane Resources Ltd (Appointed on 25 July 2006) and the non-executive Chairman of Gippsland Ltd (Appointed on 24 June 2009).

Tony D Lethlean - Non Executive Director

Tony Lethlean is a geologist with over 10 years mining experience specializing in underground operations, including Kalgoorlie's Golden Mile (WMC & KCGM) and Bellevue (Plutonic, now Barrick Gold Corporation). For the last ten years he has been in banking and stock broking, including the global mining group at CIBC World Markets.

Currently he is Director of boutique investment banking firm Helmsec Global Capital Limited focusing on the resources sector. Mr Lethlean is also a non-executive director of Alkane Resources Ltd.

Stephen Johnston - Chief Executive Officer

Steve Johnston has more than 25 years experience within the Australian mining industry, in technical and executive roles with companies including: Metals Exploration, North Kalgulri Mines, Asarco Australia, Metana Minerals, Croesus Mining and Exco Resources and for commodities including gold, copper and base metals. He has specific experience in mineral resource estimation, project evaluation and operations management.

Steve is a Corporate Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

Ian C Pamensky - Company Secretary

Ian Pamensky, is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance, treasury & company secretarial. For the last 10 years Ian has worked within the resources sector for various ASX listed companies. Prior to this Ian spent over 4 years in audit in both South Africa and Australia and worked for a medium sized manufacturing & wholesale company.

Mr Pamensky is an Affiliate member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Jason Fothergill - Site Manager - Maldon Gold Project
B.App.Sc. (Geology), Adv Dip Business Management

Jason Fothergill is Site Manager at the Maldon Gold Project. He has over 14 years experience working in exploration, mining and management roles in the central Victorian gold industry. His experience has included gold exploration and project reviews, underground and surface mining and exploration, project and contract management and Occupational Health & Safety.
He has previously worked at Bendigo Mining Limited and Ballarat Goldfields NL. His most recent position was as Project Manager for Boart Longyear Limited and was based at the Bendigo Gold Project (Bendigo Mining Limited).

Greg Ebsworth - Senior Geologist
BSc (Hons) M Econ Geol MAIG

Greg Ebsworth is a geologist with over 25 years experience in mineral exploration and project development throughout Australia, mainly for uranium, gold and base metals. Projects have included regional exploration programs (Urangesellschaft, Robertson Research, Outokumpu) and the feasibility studies for the Benambra Cu-Zn deposit (Macquarie Resources).
More recently, Greg spent five years managing gold exploration at Maldon (Alliance Gold Mines NL) and three years researching the stratigraphy of the Mount Read Volcanics, at the Centre for Ore Deposit Research (U Tasmania).
